Job Description:
As an Uber Eats Food Delivery Specialist, you will be the front-line representative of the company, delivering food orders from local restaurants to our valued customers. This role requires a commitment to punctuality, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Picking up food orders from local restaurants and delivering them to customers in a timely and safe manner.
– Ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of orders.
– Handling cash and electronic payments.
– Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues efficiently.
– Complying with all relevant safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Must be at least 21 years old.
– Reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance.
– Ability to lift and carry food items and other related products.
– Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
– Must have a smartphone for the Uber app.
Educational Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a delivery role is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
