Job Description:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will engage with our customers to provide them with the support they need to solve their problems and enhance their experience. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our customers and be an integral part of creating customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner.

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Ability to handle difficult customers and situations.
