Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating the internet
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
