Data Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

– Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

– Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

– Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.

– Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

– Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

– Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to ensure timely completion.

– Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.

– Maintain the confidentiality and security of data.

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
