Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
