The sales team's sole purpose is to help our prospects achieve a deep understanding of their business, identify challenges they have in their business and what it would be like once they get to experience our platform.

• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice

• Prospect new partnerships by making a high volume of daily outbound cold calls (150+) throughout the U.S. We will provide you with the LEADS • Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between • Achieve monthly sales goals and meet Key Performance Indicator Metrics (Dials, Demos, Deals) • Nurture leads with the goal of converting them to customers and managing referrals from existing customers. • Reporting on relevant sales data (Appointments, Demos, Deals, etc) • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions. • Effectively coordinate all aspects of the sale from start to finish. We believe in a customer-centric sales approach with an emphasis on their specific needs rather than selling features. We focus on educating prospective customers to help with a solution that will help them achieve results. What You'll Be Doing To be successful in this role, you'll need: • Ability to communicate, present, and influence prospective customers. • Ability to cold call potential clients to build a pipeline. (150+ dials/day.) • Must be a team player, go-getter, have a desire to WIN . • You must be an early riser, we work 7am-3pm (PST) • You must have energy, confidence, passion, and be outgoing! • You must be PATIENT- there is a learning curve! • Must thrive on success, be goal-oriented, a self-starter, and energetic • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on communication and organization. • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
