Comfortable using computers and technology in daily tasks. Capable of educating customers on products and services in a professional, friendly manner. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls (no cold-calling). Completing sales and customer enrollments. Identifying opportunities to boost product sales and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role.
