As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities • Manage and organize calendars • Arrange travel plans • Oversee social media accounts • Create PowerPoint presentations • Handle invoicing and expense reporting • Provide excellent client care • Assist with light event planning • Manage emails • Help create procedural documents • Oversee newsletter management Preferred Skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines • Proactive work ethic with strong attention to detail • Dedication to producing high-quality work • Excellent written communication skills • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately • Strong customer service skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients effectively • Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining confidentiality Ideal Candidate Will • Prioritize tasks effectively • Gather and analyze complex information • Develop strategic solutions • Organize processes and create structured systems • Bring order and efficiency to tasks • Manage information and materials systematically Requirements • At least 3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant • Fully equipped home office including a computer, full-version of MS Office 365, and high-speed internet • Smartphone with email capability • Computer with webcam Additional Information • This is a 1099 contractor position. • Remote work is available. • A background check will be required prior to contracting. • Availability during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) is necessary, as this role is not suitable for side work. • We are not hiring from MT, PA, NY, NJ, or CA at this time.
