We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Night Shift Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems during the night shift hours. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into our systems from various sources. Verify data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality and security of data. Perform regular quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Meet daily and weekly productivity targets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment. Work Schedule This is a night shift position with hours typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays may be required.
