Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide friendly and helpful support while assisting customers with their vehicles, including tasks like filling up gas and cleaning. • Conduct effective vehicle inspections, incorporating checks on tires, fluids, and other maintenance items to guarantee their optimum performance and readiness. • Foster a space that is both clean and secure, promoting well-being and comfort for everyone on the premises. • Acquire new skills and abilities through coaching and training sessions that equip you with the knowledge to perform minor repairs and maintenance duties. • Adhere to the directions of managers and execute tasks and assignments accordingly. • The proper execution of tractor/trailer assignments can also help reduce fuel consumption and minimize carbon emissions. • Coupling and uncoupling heavy-duty trucks is crucial to facilitate the appropriate matching of tractors and trailers. • Manage the flow of trailer traffic by swiftly providing empty trailers to loading docks and efficiently coordinating the relocation of loaded trailers to staging areas. • To keep up with the expected cleanliness and appearance, make it a point to wash and detail 15 units at minimum on a weekly basis.
