Virtual Mental Health Counselor

Qualifications ? Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist. ? Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field... ? Strong skills in assessment and treatment planning. ? Experience working with individuals, families, and/or couples. ? Experience with diverse client populations, including children, teens, adults, and the elderly. ? Familiarity with specialized populations and related issues. ? Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and basic computer skills. ? Enrollment in CAQH required; knowledge of IntakeQ/Practice Q EMR is a plus. ? Minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred. ? Current credentialing in California with major commercial insurance companies. Key Responsibilities ? Provide high-quality clinical assessments and treatment based on best practices and medical necessity guidelines. ? Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals. ? Complete assessment tools that align with clients? clinical presentations. ? Document each client session and interaction in a timely manner. ? Ensure clinical documentation meets payor standards and maintains HIPAA compliance. ? Maintain up-to-date patient records and respond promptly to client inquiries. ? Deliver culturally sensitive, client-centered care. ? Collaborate with support teams to ensure comprehensive care. ? Refer clients to community resources as needed and coordinate with other healthcare providers. ? Maintain a professional and confidential virtual office space. ? Adhere to all company policies and maintain good standing with licensing boards. ? Complete required continuing education and consult with managers and staff regarding client needs. Benefits ?
