Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed support and recommendations. • Documentation: Record and track customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Document issues and resolutions for future reference and reporting. • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
