We are looking for a Boston-based virtual assistant who can provide assistance with moving logistics. The main focus of this role will be to help our client find a rental place to live in Boston, but may also include requesting some research and so on related to university things, flights, organising flight pick-up and drop off, banking and loan interactions, and so on... As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research on available rental options, contacting landlords or property managers, scheduling virtual property viewings if logistically possible or going on behalf of the client and taking pictures/videos and providing a personal opinion/review, and assisting with the overall coordination of the moving process. This will most likely be primarily phone call related tasks, as the client's timezone is opposite to Boston's. Skills required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in conducting online research - Attention to detail - Familiarity with the Boston housing market and neighbourhoods, as well as businesses and services in Boston This is a small-sized project that is expected to last under 3-4 months, but has the potential to continue past that if mutually desirable. We are seeking an intermediate-level virtual assistant who is familiar with the Boston area and has experience in assisting with moving logistics, but confident and inexperienced beginners are welcome to apply.
