Role: Soup-to-nuts account management responsibilities for a book of commercial lines risks “Generalist” Book Their business is typically small-to-lower-middle-market commercial P&C risks, across all lines and industry verticals Primary markets include Travelers, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, CNA AMS 360 Opportunity: To immediately become an integral part of the organization To work daily with the founder To play a significant role in how the agency’s client servicing function will grow and evolve – bring your ideas! To have the opportunity to take on a bigger role and additional responsibilities as the firm and you grow This role is perfect for someone who wants the opportunity to advance into a leadership position Ideal skillset: You have at least a couple of years’ experience (but probably 5+) under your belt managing a book of commercial lines P&C risks of a similar size and scope, for a retail insurance agency You have a level of confidence and knowledge strong enough to be able to add value quickly You have the maturity and independence to be able to work remotely full time A genuine interest in being a part of a young, growing firm with lots of runway still left in their journey We don’t expect you to bring the same passion for growing the business as the founder, but we’re looking for someone who will bring a positive energy to the cause every day You want to work somewhere that wants to hear your thoughts and ideas on improving how they do business Logistics: We would ideally like to hire someone currently residing anywhere in New England, NY or NJ Compensation: $70k - $100k Apply Job!
