Legal Summary... The legal branch ensures Teens 4 Teens can legally actualize our many initiatives as a government recognized non-profit. Legal works to maintain our status as a government recognized non-profit in compliance with guidelines and social networking initiatives. They ensure we maintain safe practice within a large organization by reviewing logistics and keeping information under lock and key. They consult all logistical aspects of the organization to protect all members or external parties involved. This position is essential and knowledgeable people are preferred! Responsibilities • Reviewing logistics and applications • Protecting vulnerable information about members and the organization • Keeping safe practice • Maintaining federal non-profit status • Must collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow team members within the organization • A genuine desire to impact the lives of underprivileged teens • Must have time delegated outside of hours to meet deadlines • Attend weekly meetings (may increase or decrease in frequency) LEGAL MUST READ Working here I acknowledge that: • My work is volunteer work and is UNPAID (hours and contributions are recorded) • Attending meetings is required to maintain good standing within the organization • Work outside hours may be required to meet organization goals and deadlines • Information about logistics, personnel, and applications are kept anonymous to respect all parties Apply Job!
