Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers • Handle customer service inquiries and problems • Receiving inbound customer calls • Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department • Handling a blended call center environment with make outbound and taking inbound calls • This position supports sales and is centered on different client campaigns related to corporate needs • Document all call information accurately in the system Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required • 1 to 2 years of related experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in outbound calling techniques • Outbound dialing, upselling experience preferred • Telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling phone sales is a plus • Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus • Ability to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task Job details: • Full time: M-F • Pay: $18.00-$19.00 • Job type: Remote -flexible shifts between 8am-11pm EST Pathfinders has more than 25 years of staffing experience nationwide.
