Description: DSFederal, Inc. seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to serve as a systems administrator, actively implementing front and backend components of new or existing solutions. This may include integration and implementation on a variety of platforms to include web, cloud and mobile. Responsibilities: ?Drupal System Administration, including account management, monitoring, patch management, security support, and development/enhancements. ?AWS System Administration, including setting up/supporting monitoring solutions and supporting CI/CD pipeline development and implementation. ?Ability to communicate effectively with less technical resources. ?Ability to work with technical staff to understand and develop new web applications, resolve customer complaints with applications and respond to suggestions for software modifications. ?Design, test and integrate system and enterprise software and multi-tier architectures. ?Provide technical support in software development... projects using database, network, middleware, and other related technologies. ?Work collaboratively with team through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle. ?Research new methods to improve efficiencies and application performance and development of comprehensive documentation. ?Assist in the training of less experienced software developer staff and may act as team leader on complex projects. Requirements: Required Technical Skills: ?Drupal 9 and/or 10 ?Agile teams ?AWS, including (a) Migration experience and (b) IaaS experience ?CI/CD pipelines ?Automated testing solutions for user interfaces such as Selenium Required Experience: ?2 + years of experience working on Drupal 9 and/or 10 ?2 + years of experience working on Agile teams ?2 + years of system administration experience ?2 + years of experience working with AWS, including (a) Migration experience and (b) IaaS experience ?Some experience supporting helpdesks as Tier-1 to Tier-3 support ?Some experience supporting CI/CD pipelines ?Some experience with automated testing solutions for user interfaces, such as Selenium Education Requirements: ?Bachelor's Degree Preferred Certifications: ?AWS ?Drupal Who We Are: DSFederal is a leader in health IT and data analytics that delivers innovative solutions to improve healthcare delivery and address critical challenges, including cancer surveillance, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, and COVID-19 emergency response.
