Role Overview

As a Remote Student Success Coach at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted mentor and advocate for students navigating their academic journeys. You will provide personalized guidance, proactive outreach, and career‑building support to ensure students stay on track, feel motivated, and graduate with confidence. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position that offers a structured schedule aligned with arenaflex’s operating hours (Monday‑Thursday 8 am – 7 pm CDT, Friday & Saturday 8 am – 5 pm CDT). You will join a collaborative team of education professionals who share a passion for student achievement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive enrollment, development, and retention services that enhance the overall learning experience for each assigned student.
  • Manage a caseload of students, providing consistent coaching through proactive phone calls, email communication, and virtual meetings.
  • Conduct daily and weekly outreach to monitor academic progress, identify obstacles, and recommend actionable strategies for success.
  • Create a safe, supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing goals, concerns, and aspirations.
  • Guide students in leveraging arenaflex’s academic resources, tutoring services, and technology tools to maximize their learning outcomes.
  • Earn certification as a professional resume reviewer and deliver resume‑building workshops, career‑planning sessions, and job‑search assistance.
  • Act as a liaison between students and internal departments such as admissions, financial aid, academic advising, and technical support, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Document all student interactions accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and quality‑assurance initiatives to continuously improve coaching techniques and service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in academic support, admissions counseling, customer service, human resources, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of higher‑education policies, enrollment processes, and student lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly master new technical platforms and learning management systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality customer support.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a reliable home office setup.
