Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Analytics Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional record groups and contracting teams to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies caused by over‑ or under‑payment practices. You will design and execute innovative, objective‑driven analyses that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with record groups and contracting teams to detect and isolate variances arising from over/under‑payment scenarios, integrating findings into accurate forecast models.
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines that flag data quality and integrity issues, providing detailed recommendations for remediation.
  • Design and deliver compelling data visualizations that communicate insights clearly to audiences of all technical levels.
  • Lead the creation of both standard and ad‑hoc management reports, leveraging inquiry‑based techniques to extract and interrogate data for deeper analysis.
  • Support internal and external customers by ensuring service quality standards are met and by measuring customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Compliance, Contract Management, and Project Management teams to align analytical deliverables with business objectives.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize business problems, translating them into analytical scopes and hypothesis‑driven investigations.
  • Perform specific tasks outlined in the compliance monitoring system, including cost increase tracking and organizational identification.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and ROI across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization tools; demonstrated expertise in arenaflex Excel, arenaflex PowerPoint, and arenaflex Word.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex data issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and meet project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree or advanced certification in Statistics, Data Engineering, or Business Analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern programming languages such as arenaflex (SAS), SQL, or C++.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise analytics platforms like arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, or arenaflex.
  • Background in retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, or managed care environments.
  • Project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and delivering on defined project objectives.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse, data mining, data profiling, and data governance best practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for on‑site meetings, training sessions, or stakeholder workshops (both domestic and international).
