Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

arenaflex is seeking a diligent Remote Data Entry Clerk to become an integral part of our administrative team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our client and case data, supporting the broader operations team, and ensuring that all documentation complies with provincial legal standards. Your meticulous work will directly influence the speed and quality of service we provide to Canadians seeking debt relief.

Success in this role requires a blend of razor‑sharp attention to detail, strong organizational instincts, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and file documentation in accordance with arenaflex’s naming protocols and electronic filing standards.
  • Gather and verify supporting information—including income statements, tax filings, and asset details—to ensure each client file is complete and compliant.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from creditors, debtors, and internal teams, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to obtain missing documents, interpret complex issues, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract, review, and update client file details, ensuring data consistency across systems.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of files for completeness, flagging any outstanding items for follow‑up.
  • Perform calculations of income, surplus income obligations, and other financial metrics required for case assessment.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legal requirements across multiple provincial jurisdictions, including insolvency statutes and Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) registrations.
  • Execute searches for property valuations, compute realizable values, and prepare related documentation for signature.
  • Draft, review, and file sign‑up documents, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and proper submission to the Official Receiver (OR).
  • Transfer information from scanned records into arenaflex’s internal software platform, Ascend, with a focus on precision.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client data, safeguarding operational integrity and trust.
  • Prepare electronic filings of statutory documents and coordinate DocuSign processes for client signatures.
  • Review amended proposals and other client communications for accuracy before finalization.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in high‑volume data entry with a proven track record of exceptional accuracy.
  • Unparalleled attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free work.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly master new software applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset, though not mandatory.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of information to colleagues and clients.
