Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update customer information, booking details, and transaction records into internal systems with a high degree of precision.
  • Rapidly identify, assess, and resolve customer issues by leveraging available resources, knowledge bases, and escalation pathways.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Make sound, quality-driven decisions that align with arenaflex policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with a globally diverse team of clients, partners, and colleagues to deliver consistent and seamless service.
  • Handle inbound support calls and written communications with exemplary customer service etiquette.
  • Communicate relevant information to customers regarding arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer data in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Position Type and Schedule

Work Location: To be eligible for this remote position, you must reside and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.

Employment Type: This is a full-time remote position. Please note that part-time schedules are not available.

Training Schedule: New hires will participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program that includes guided instruction, observational learning, assessments, and performance evaluations. Training takes place Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

Post-Training Schedule: After successful completion of training, you will transition to your permanent shift, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Remote Work Requirements: When working from home, you must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and high-speed internet with minimum upload speeds of 10 Mbps and minimum download speeds of 25 Mbps.

Compensation

arenaflex offers a competitive starting pay rate of $15 per hour, with ongoing opportunities for career growth and salary progression based on performance, tenure, and demonstrated expertise. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives and other reward programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work full-time, including holidays, weekends, and day or night shifts (part-time schedules are not offered).
  • Ability to multitask effectively and learn about multiple products and services.
  • Comfort and proficiency navigating online platforms, email systems, and web-based search tools.
  • Dedicated high-speed internet connection meeting the 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download minimum.
  • Clear, courteous verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate use of language, tone, and expression.
  • Demonstrated perseverance, strong attendance, performance, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Commitment to embracing a diverse set of people, perspectives, and working styles.
  • Consistent prioritization of health and safety—for yourself and others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, call center, or data entry experience (paid or volunteer).
  • Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or aviation industry.
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute or higher with high accuracy.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus.
