Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people navigate their health‑care benefits, resolve eligibility questions, and feel confident using digital health tools. What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience, preferably in a health‑care or insurance environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in health‑care administration is a plus.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy in line with HIPAA standards.
  • Proficiency with computers, web‑based applications, and a reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download).
  • Access to a USB‑wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not supported) and a smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android for daily log‑ins and optional mobile tasks.
