[Remote] Account Manager (TGI Promo)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TGI Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships within an assigned territory. The role involves managing existing accounts, generating new business, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the apparel and merchandise ordering process.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow accounts within an assigned territory for TGI Promo
- Build relationships through phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings
- Proactively generate new orders and identify new sales opportunities
- Meet with local customers 1–2 times per week; occasional travel to nearby areas
- Follow up on artwork approvals and upcoming orders
- Provide weekly activity and sales reports
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be located in Tulsa, OK
- Must be willing and able to work in person at our Tulsa office
- Proficiency with basic business tools (email, CRM systems, Google Workspace)
- Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred
