The role focuses on building and managing automated content pipelines, designing go-to-market initiatives, and optimizing digital marketing efforts using AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Scale Content via AI Agent Workflows: Build and manage automated content pipelines (using tools like Make, Zapier, or custom LLM frameworks) to generate web content, social media assets, presentations, and campaigns
- Autonomous GTM and Brand Campaigns: Design and deploy go to market initiatives, using AI driven insights and automation to target the right audiences
- Programmatic SEO and Digital Growth: Setup and oversee automated SEO and digital marketing engines that continuously optimize and scale our digital footprint
- AI Assisted Sales Enablement: Equip sales and business development with dynamic, hyper personalized collateral and deck generation workflows
- Message Optimization: Utilize AI testing loops to continuously refine, iterate, and sharpen company positioning based on real world data
Skills
- B2B Tech Marketer and Workflow Engineer: You have a solid background in B2B technology marketing, combined with an obsession for AI tooling, prompt engineering, and marketing automation
- Taste. You will be building the soul of GroundTruth to our customers
- The Team of One Mentality: Startup experience is preferred, specifically a track record of using technology to do the work of an entire traditional marketing department
- Elite Editorship and Strategy: While you use agents to generate volume, you possess the sharp editorial eye and communication skills needed to ensure the final output is high quality, human grade, and on brand
