Position Overview

We are hiring motivated, English-fluent professionals from anywhere in Latin America or Brazil to join our team as Remote Chat Sales Specialists. In this role, you will represent one of our premium clients, a respected business coach, by engaging directly with their social media audiences on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your mission is to start authentic conversations, nurture relationships, follow up with interested prospects, and ultimately guide warm leads through the decision-making process to enroll in high-ticket coaching programs.

This is not a cold-calling role. This is a strategic, relationship-driven sales position where your ability to connect with people through written communication is your most powerful tool. What Your Day Looks Like

A typical day in this role is structured to balance outreach, engagement, and closing activities, giving you a clear framework for success while allowing room for creativity and personal strategy.

  • Approximately 2 hours dedicated to starting new conversations with potential leads discovered through social media platforms.
  • Approximately 2 hours focused on follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet committed.
  • Approximately 2 hours spent on organic account growth, engaging authentically with content to expand reach and visibility.
  • Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes dedicated to replying to active leads, answering questions, and closing sales.
  • Approximately 30 minutes reserved for daily management tasks, team communication, and strategy alignment.

You will not be working alone. You will be supported by a highly skilled client success team that provides training, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to help you continuously improve your performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Sales Specialist at arenaflex, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating and maintaining authentic conversations with potential clients across multiple social media platforms on behalf of our coaching clients.
  • Identifying qualified leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and matching them with the appropriate coaching program.
  • Following up consistently with prospects who have expressed interest, using a mix of structured outreach and personalized messaging.
  • Closing sales by guiding leads through the decision-making process and helping them understand the value of the coaching programs offered.
  • Managing your own pipeline and tracking your daily activities to ensure consistent progress toward personal and team goals.
  • Collaborating with team leaders and coaches to develop new strategies for engagement, conversion, and audience growth.
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews designed to elevate your skills.
  • Contributing to a positive, proactive team culture by sharing insights, supporting peers, and embracing feedback.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced or Native English Proficiency (C1-C2 level): Exceptional written communication skills are critical, as you will be representing premium brands in English-speaking markets.
  • Desire to Earn in U.S. Dollars: You are looking for a stable, dollar-denominated income that allows you to provide for yourself and your family.
  • Reliable Equipment: You must have a fully functional desktop or laptop computer as well as a smartphone.
  • Stable Internet Connection: A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required to ensure uninterrupted communication.
  • Full-Time Availability: You must be available to work 8 hours per day on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends.
  • Location: You must reside in any country within Latin America or Brazil.
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline: You thrive in remote work environments and can manage your time effectively without constant supervision.

  • Previous experience working from home in sales, customer service, or digital marketing roles.

Important Note: No previous sales experience is required to apply. However, if you are not 100% confident in your English communication skills, this role is not the right fit. We hold a high standard for language proficiency because our clients and their audiences expect excellence.

Compensation and Earning Potential

At arenaflex, we believe that effort should be directly rewarded. Our compensation structure is designed to recognize performance, encourage growth, and provide a clear path from entry-level to high-earner status.

  • Training Stage: During your initial training period, you will earn between $150 and $300, depending on your progress and engagement.
  • Post-Training Compensation: Once you complete training, your earnings will be based on a combination of hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.
  • Average Performance Level: $600 to $1,200 per month.
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200 to $2,000 per month.
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000 to $3,000+ per month.
  • No Cap on Commissions: The harder you work and the more sales you close, the more you earn. Your income is in your hands.

Compensation is paid in U.S. dollars, providing you with a stable, internationally recognized currency regardless of where you live.
