Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Metrics: Meet or surpass production standards, quality scores, and group metrics while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a contact‑center, customer‑service, dental office, or insurance environment (highly preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem‑solving ability when assessing member inquiries.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including comfortable keyboarding and navigation of web‑based applications.
