As an affiliate of a major automotive software group, arenaflex blends industry expertise with a forward‑thinking culture that values creativity, flexibility, and continuous learning.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s fast‑paced automotive market, the first impression often happens online. Prospective car buyers are looking for instant answers, personalized guidance, and a seamless path from curiosity to appointment. As a Part‑Time Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice (and typed words) that shape that first impression, turning casual chats into qualified leads that drive revenue for our dealer partners.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote, part‑time position that offers flexible scheduling across day, evening, and night shifts. You will engage with customers via live chat, providing accurate product information, scheduling service or sales appointments, and capturing essential contact details for follow‑up. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a technology‑rich environment, enjoy multitasking, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Service Expertise: Communicate detailed information about vehicle models, financing options, service packages, and promotional offers, staying current with ever‑evolving product lines.
  • Appointment Coordination: Accurately capture appointment details, confirm dates and times, and seamlessly transfer leads to the dealership’s sales or service teams.
  • Lead Capture & Documentation: Record customer contact information, preferences, and conversation summaries in the CRM system for downstream follow‑up and analytics.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Contribute to an internal knowledge repository by documenting new FAQs, product updates, and best‑practice responses.
  • Quality Assurance: Review chat transcripts for accuracy, compliance, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the training, quality, and product teams to stay aligned on messaging, policy changes, and technology enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communications, business, or a related field are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum 45 WPM) with strong grammar and spelling skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Windows‑based computers, internet browsers, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear, friendly tone.

  • Experience with multi‑tasking in fast‑paced environments, such as gaming, live streaming, or call‑center work.
  • Comfort with using chat platforms, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to shifting priorities, new product releases, and evolving scripts.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Ability to anticipate needs, empathize with concerns, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Efficiently juggle multiple chat sessions while maintaining high accuracy and response speed.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quickly diagnose issues, propose actionable steps, and guide customers toward a resolution.
  • Technical Curiosity: Enthusiasm for learning new software, tools, and automotive technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong communication with peers and supervisors to share insights and improve processes.
