You will also attend community events on behalf of Novatio School to cultivate leads and expand local visibility. During slower enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next admission cycle. • What You Will Be Doing
• Reaching out to new inbound leads within a 24-hour window and opening admissions discussions via phone
• Describing Novatio School's virtual structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
• Executing systematic follow-up to transition families from inquiry through application to final enrollment
• Recording all engagement details in a CRM, including precise notes, upcoming actions, and pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment activities in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and collect fresh leads

• Allowing inbound leads to remain unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning as a high-volume call center operator
• Participating in events without actively delivering presentations or capturing prospective leads
• Devoting most of your time to back-office duties during active enrollment periods

• Basic Requirements
• Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for a hybrid work arrangement
• 1–2 years of customer service or comparable customer-facing experience
• Background working with children or families in settings such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar environments
• Confident making regular phone calls and navigating families through multi-stage procedures
• Excellent verbal communication abilities and the capacity to quickly establish trust
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems
• Nice-to-have Requirements
• Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
