Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Defend Fortune 500 and major corporate clients in complex product liability, professional liability, and commercial disputes.
  • Manage cases from discovery through trial, including depositions, motion practice, and expert coordination.
  • Develop defense strategies and prepare for trials across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Work collaboratively with partners and teams on high-stakes, high-exposure matters.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

  • JD and active bar admission in Georgia
  • 2–6+ years of defense litigation experience (product liability or complex commercial preferred).
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills with a desire for trial experience.
