Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all recorded transactions.
- Generate and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, offering insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations at all levels and aid in the preparation of tax-related documents.
- Manage expense reports, oversee petty cash, and make certain that all expenditures remain within budget limits.
- Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to maintain financial records and transactions. Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
- Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications
