Remote Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Massachusetts or Rhode Island) A rapidly growing plaintiff-side law firm with more than 250 employees is seeking experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys to join its expanding team. With a robust marketing platform generating a consistent pipeline of cases, attorneys can focus on practicing law rather than business development. This is a fully remote opportunity for attorneys located in Massachusetts or Rhode Island, with occasional in-person court appearances required within the licensed jurisdiction. Openings
- 1 Litigation Attorney – Massachusetts Licensed
- 1 Litigation Attorney – Rhode Island Licensed
Compensation
- Base Salary: $105,000+
- Bonus Structure:
- 10% of the firm's fee on settled cases
- 20% of the firm's fee on cases that proceed to trial verdict
High-performing attorneys have significant earning potential through the firm's incentive structure.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution
- Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
- Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials
- Handle settlement negotiations while maximizing client outcomes
- Take cases through trial when appropriate
- Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- Active license in Massachusetts or Rhode Island (depending on opening)
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Trial experience required; must have taken at least one case to verdict
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven by performance-based compensation
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Fully Remote
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available to accommodate personal commitments, provided client and case needs are met
