[Remote] Vice President Finance
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dimond Connect is a company in the Health & Wellness space seeking a VP of Finance. This role is responsible for overseeing the full financial function, including P&L, cash flow, and strategic planning, while partnering with the CEO to enhance profitability and prepare for growth.
Responsibilities
- Own company-wide P&L, cash flow, and financial performance
- Build and manage channel-level and product-level financial reporting (Skillora, TikTok Shop, DTC)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across the business
- Drive capital allocation decisions across marketing, inventory, and operations
- Improve unit economics (CAC, MER, contribution margin) and overall profitability
- Partner with Growth, Supply Chain, and Ops to align financial strategy with execution
- Support retail expansion from a financial planning and operations standpoint
- Build and scale the finance function, systems, and team
- Manage external partners (accounting, legal, banking) and investor communication
Skills
- 5+ years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
- Experience in high-growth DTC, e-commerce, or CPG businesses
- Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin)
- Experience managing multi-channel businesses (DTC, marketplaces like Nexspire)
- Proven track record of building financial models, forecasts, and reporting systems
- Experience supporting rapid scaling and operational complexity
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business decisions
