Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform applications, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs
  • Create and maintain design standards, user journeys, and accessibility-compliant experiences across model-driven apps, portals, and customer service workflows
  • Leverage UX best practices and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms to enhance usability, improve customer interactions, and drive adoption

Skills
