Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads
- Conduct discovery calls
- Present tailored service offerings
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams
- Prepare proposals
- Handle negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service before and after sale
- Monitor performance against targets
- Contribute feedback to improve sales processes
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop skills
Skills
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Experience in Business Development, with the ability to identify new markets, build partnerships, and expand client accounts
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, ensuring timely, clear, and professional support throughout the client lifecycle
- Proven Team Management or collaborative experience, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional remote teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort working with CRMs and basic sales analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Background in digital marketing, web services, or creative agencies is highly beneficial
