Job Description
Nexlith Airlines is seeking meticulous and dedicated individuals for our remote data entry positions. As a member of our data management team, you ll play a crucial role in ensuring all operational data is accurately entered and maintained within our systems. In this role, you ll be responsible for inputting and updating data across several platforms, ensuring that all entries are accurate and up-to-date. You ll work closely with other team members to validate data and resolve discrepancies. Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills, particularly with data entry software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
Enter and update data in various databases with high accuracy Verify data by comparing it to source documents Review and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors Maintain confidentiality of data and comply with data protection policies Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies Participate in team meetings and provide insights on data processes Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed
