Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Respond to new inquiries via messaging platforms, email, and phone promptly
• Organize one-on-one video consultations to assess buyer or seller expectations
• Research and recommend homes tailored to individual client needs
• Follow up consistently to provide updates and nurture long-term relationships
• Educate clients on the buying or selling process to build trust and clarity

Property Listings & Market Intelligence

• Track local real estate trends and housing market performance
• Publish property listings with clear descriptions, professional images, and accurate data
• Arrange video walkthroughs or 3D virtual tours to showcase homes
• Advise sellers on how to position their property competitively

Transaction Management

• Draft clear, accurate sales agreements and documentation
• Facilitate the escrow process and ensure all stakeholders are on the same page
• Communicate with lenders, title representatives, and legal advisors
• Maintain accurate transaction records and monitor timelines for each deal

Tech Tools & Digital Coordination

• Use cloud-based systems to track leads, client preferences, and deal stages
• Lead virtual meetings and presentations with buyers, sellers, and teams
• Securely manage paperwork and signatures using electronic platforms
• Monitor engagement data to fine-tune your approach and improve outreach

✅ Candidate Requirements Experience & Core Competencies

• Active real estate license in the U.S.

• Minimum of 2 years working in property sales or residential real estate
• Confident in handling client negotiations and closing contracts
