This fully remote apprenticeship program is designed for individuals eager to begin a fulfilling career in healthcare, providing essential patient care under the guidance of experienced professionals. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience through a structured curriculum, including clinical rotations, simulations, and comprehensive online training modules. Key responsibilities will involve assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, monitoring vital signs, and accurately documenting patient information. You will learn to provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses, respond to patient needs promptly, and maintain a clean and safe patient environment. This role emphasizes compassionate care and effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team. The apprenticeship includes coursework that prepares you for the CNA certification exam.
