[Remote] Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security - Seed Stage
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aspiron Search is partnering with a venture-backed cybersecurity startup focused on developing AI solutions for product security. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with the founders on various aspects of offensive security, AI, and customer engineering, including technical discovery, architecture, implementation, and feature development.
Responsibilities
- Owning everything from technical discovery and architecture through to hands-on implementation and feature development
Skills
- 2+ years of web application and cloud penetration testing experience
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Experience building with AI systems, agents, or AI-assisted engineering workflows
- Comfortable writing code, pushing PRs, and building integrations
- Client-facing experience in consulting, security engineering, or solutions roles
- High-energy, competitive personality with excellent communication skills
- Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with significant ownership
