[Remote] Technical Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Marketing Technology and Data Enablement. The role involves leading projects such as GA4 migration and mobile attribution implementation while coordinating with engineering teams and ensuring proper tracking mechanisms are in place.
Responsibilities
- Lead migration of product data from on-premise systems to Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Coordinate instrumentation across approximately five products
- Ensure marketing tracking requirements are incorporated into event design and implementation
- Support implementation and governance of AppsFlyer across mobile applications
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure proper mobile attribution tracking and event passing
Skills
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Technical Project Management experience
- GA4 implementation, migration, and instrumentation expertise
- Mobile attribution and AppsFlyer exposure
- Data warehouse knowledge: BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of paid digital marketing ecosystems
- Strong understanding of event tracking frameworks
- Strong understanding of data governance and taxonomy management
- Strong understanding of schema design and data dictionaries
- GA4 migration experience is a hard requirement
- Mobile attribution experience is considered the most pressing requirement
- Candidates from consumer-facing applications with significant marketing investments, such as Retail/eCommerce (Talentra, Walmart, Home Depot), Streaming/Media (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Spotify), Large-scale mobile applications
