AJO Coder
Job Title: AJO Coder (Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer) Location: Remote Experience: 8–12 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AJO Coder to design, develop, and optimize customer journey workflows using Adobe Journey Optimizer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in journey building, HTML content development, and end-to-end testing/QA of marketing automation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Develop and configure Journey Maps for personalized customer engagement Build and customize email/content using AJO HTML templates Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into journey workflows Perform QA and testing of journeys, campaigns, and personalization logic Troubleshoot and resolve issues in journey execution and delivery Optimize journeys for performance, conversion, and customer experience Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Platform components Required Skills & Experience 8–12 years of overall experience in digital marketing / customer journey implementation Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Experience as a Journey Developer / Journey Architect / AJO Coder Solid understanding of Journey Maps and workflow orchestration Proficiency in HTML for AJO email/content development Strong experience in QA, testing, and validation of campaigns/journeys Knowledge of personalization, segmentation, and customer data flows Good analytical and problem-solving skills This is a remote position.
