What You Will Do

Lead flow is strongest during Eastern and Central time zone business hours, so candidates in those time zones tend to ramp fastest. The Path Forward Most new reps follow this track: licensing and training (typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on your state), new rep ramp with daily coaching and live calls, senior rep at full commission tier, team lead (mentor and develop new reps, earn overrides), agency management (build and run your own team).
