Contract / Project-Based | Remote Applewood Our House is a family-owned provider of residential memory care, operating five small homes in the Denver metro area. We are seeking an experienced AI Automation & Workflow Consultant to help us design and implement practical AI solutions that improve our sales, marketing, admissions, referral development, and operational processes. This is not a theoretical AI strategy role. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build workflows, integrate systems, and create measurable efficiencies for our team. Bonus: Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, home care, healthcare, or referral-based businesses.

Project Objectives The consultant will help us: Develop an AI-powered referral development system Automate outreach and follow-up with referral sources Create an AI assistant for our Sales & Admissions Director Streamline CRM documentation and reporting Automate meeting summaries and task creation Improve lead management and tour follow-up Generate referral source and occupancy dashboards Identify additional opportunities for automation across the organization Existing Systems Experience integrating with systems such as: CRM platforms Constant Contact Calendly Google Workspace Zapier Apply To This Job
