Job Description

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the accurate and timely scheduling of services. This role serves as a critical communication link between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver quality customer service on a timely basis to all clients and stakeholders Interact with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled and documented Facilitate communication between a diverse customer base including Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, and Injured Workers (Claimants) Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduling activities and communications Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures Schedule Requirements This is a fully remote position. Must be available to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday Flexibility within these hours is required to ensure scheduling coverage

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications HS Diploma/Equivalent Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Experience in customer service or related field Experience in team collaboration skills

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $14.75 - $20.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
