Position Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the front‑line voice (or rather, the typed voice) that guides customers through their shopping experience. You’ll engage with shoppers via live chat, answer questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied customer.
