What You'll Do
- Handle inbound Medicare sales calls and client inquiries
- Educate clients on Medicare plan options and guide them through enrollment decisions
- Build trust with prospects and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Accurately document sales activity and client interactions
- Maintain compliance with carrier and CMS guidelines
- Build and grow a renewing book of business
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced Medicare sales agents with a proven track record of performance
- Must have successfully completed at least one full Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) as a Medicare agent
- Active resident Health insurance license required
- Prior Medicare sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling high-volume inbound calls
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet and ability to work remotely without interruption
