The initial engagement is a 30-day paid trial, with the potential for a long-term partnership. Deliverables

• Create and edit 15 high-quality video posts per month tailored to the brand's luxury yet approachable style.
• Post three engaging story updates daily to maintain active community engagement.
• Organize and present content for weekly review and feedback.
• Actively manage community interactions, including responding to comments and direct messages to nurture loyalty and retention.
• Utilize provided brand assets to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for local businesses or premium/luxury brands, with a focus on community-building and retention.
• Strong video editing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices, including content scheduling, engagement strategies, and analytics.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to embody a warm, inclusive brand voice.
