Job Title: UI/UX Designer Senior Key Skills: UI/UX, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XDLocation: BrazilMode: RemoteWe at Coforge are hiring UI/UX Designer Senior with the following skill set.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Define user journeys and interaction patterns for complex workflows such as file distribution, authentication, and portal integrations. Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web applications used in internal and external contexts. Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements. Translate security and platform constraints into intuitive user experiences (e.g., authentication flows, access controls, notifications). Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve user experience. Ensure accessibility standards and best practices are applied across all interfaces. Support development teams with design specifications, assets, and design validation during implementation. Document design decisions, patterns, and usability guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in UI/UX design for web-based enterprise applications. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility considerations. Ability to translate technical and security requirements into intuitive UX solutions. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, DevOps). Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience designing platforms with multi-tenant architectures and role-based access. Familiarity with secure user flows such as SSO, MFA, and identity management. Knowledge of frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, React or similar frameworks). Experience in design systems governance at scale. Exposure to enterprise platforms, data management tools, or developer portals.
