TH EXPERIENTIAL Account Director Experiential Marketing & Events Remote | Full-Time | Reports Client Experience Leadership About TH Experiential TH Experiential has been shaping culture through experience since 2006. We conceive, produce, and launch bold brand activations where creativity, community, and conversion intersect. From immersive pop-ups to strategic content extensions, our work connects the world’s biggest brands with real people in real time - and drives results that matter. Our philosophy: the way a brand shows up in the physical world is critical to building lasting relationships with its consumers. What we see, touch, and hear shapes perception, affinity, and participation in a brand’s success. We create those experiences in real life, with real people, ensuring meaningful, shareable connections at every touchpoint. www.thexperiential.com The Role We’re hiring an Account Director to own our most important client relationships and lead integrated experiential programs from brief to build to wrap. You’ll be the strategic and executional lead across key accounts - combining client trust, flawless delivery, and forward-thinking growth planning. You’ll partner with strategy, creative, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life, and work closely with leadership to guide proposals, client plans, and account staffing. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equal parts strategic thinker, process driver, and relationship builder. You instill trust through actions and you lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Growth Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts, owning communication, trust, and outcomes across planning and execution. Develop strategies for relationship-building, retention, and revenue growth across your assigned accounts. Lead pitch meetings, planning sessions, and strategic check-ins with client stakeholders - and command the room while doing it. Provide leadership with regular, clear updates on account health, opportunities, and action plans. Build, manage, and mentor a team of client service managers; own performance reviews and staffing decisions. Proposal Development & Intake Take account briefing calls and RFPs, and translate client requests into clear, effective internal briefs for the team. Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production leads to develop thoughtful, on-brand proposals that reflect client goals. Convert client needs into scopes of work, and sound strategic direction aligned to long-term objectives. Project Oversight & Delivery Manage day-to-day execution across concurrent programs while keeping alignment with client expectations. Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets; own client P&L, valuation, and ROI metrics for your accounts. Work alongside Producers during execution, spot-checking deliverables and protecting the client’s interests and vision throughout. Go onsite during activations to manage the client relationship and represent TH on the ground. Lead internal and external check-ins and keep systems current and accurate. Proactively problem-solve and escalate with a recommendation. Post-Project & Retention Facilitate post-project debriefs and key-learnings sessions with clients and internal teams. Generate post-project plans that deepen the relationship and surface new business and retainer opportunities. Partner with marketing to reconnect and reinvigorate past client relationships. Share learnings with leadership to continuously refine workflow, process, and the client experience. The TH Standard Client Experience — Put the Partnership First. You own every client touchpoint with proactive, timely communication that eliminates surprises before they start. Clients should feel confident and inspired, never chasing you for a status, never hand-holding the team through execution. You set the rhythm. You answer the question before it's asked. You make working with TH feel effortless - because we treat every relationship like it's the most important one we have. SOP Mastery — Raise the Bar, Own the Outcome. You internalize and apply TH's standard operating procedures with rigor. Process here isn't box-checking - it's the infrastructure that lets great work happen consistently and the whole team move faster. You keep the systems of record clean, you follow through without being told, and you make sure the client always gets a polished result. Good enough is not our pace. Great is the baseline. Find the Yes — We're solutions-oriented by default. The hard problems are the job, and you show up for them with optimism and a plan. That's the mindset that earns us the relationship and helps us keep it. You Might Be a Fit If You Have 6-10 years in account management or client services, including at least 4 years in experiential marketing or event production. Know how to lead major client programs from initial brief through final execution and wrap. Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy across internal and external teams. Strong written and verbal skills are a must. Are super organized, proactive, and take initiative without being asked. Excel in high-paced environments with complex timelines and evolving deliverables. Balance strategic thinking with operational precision to keep everything moving forward. Are a natural problem solver who is comfortable taking ownership and command of a room. Are fluent in project management systems and CRMs (Slack, Asana, Podio, Google Workspace). Can travel as needed and are motivated by helping brands show up in the world in impactful, inspiring ways.
