Remote Office Coordinator & Dispatcher

Remote Office Coordinator & Dispatcher $16/hour + Performance Bonuses Precision Clean is seeking a dependable Office Coordinator & Dispatcher to support our residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning divisions. This is a remote position; however, applicants must live locally and be available for weekly in-person meetings. What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Follow up with new leads and quote requests
  • Schedule and dispatch cleaning appointments
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding tasks
  • Send invoices and maintain customer records
  • Coordinate communication between clients and cleaning teams
  • Help resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and problem solve independently
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Previous office, dispatch, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Requirements:

  • Must live locally and attend weekly meetings
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Quiet work-from-home environment
  • Personal computer and phone required during the initial training period
  • Company equipment may be provided after successful completion of the introductory employment period (typically 30 days)
  • Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software
