What You'll Do as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex

As a vital member of our Delivery Station team, you will be the on-site, real-time connection between our customers and the smooth operation of our logistics network. Your mission is simple but powerful: ensure that every customer's experience is positive, professional, and personalized — from the moment their package arrives at the station to the moment it's safely in their hands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction & Support: Handle difficult and emotionally charged customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence — both over the phone and via email. You'll respond promptly, prioritize customer needs, and actively solicit feedback to continuously improve the arenaflex customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Read, interpret, and analyze customer data to identify root causes of issues. Use your experience, instincts, and resourcefulness to suggest workflow improvements and implement better processes that raise the bar on service quality.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while meeting established deadlines. Every interaction, every entry, and every resolution must meet arenaflex's high standards for accuracy and thoroughness.

Operate effectively in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures can vary (all necessary personal protective equipment is provided by arenaflex).

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Experience

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (in-person, phone, or email)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage time efficiently in a busy environment
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in professional English
  • Experience understanding performance metrics and using them to measure progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs)
